演者が目隠しをした状態で、客がテーブルの上の物体を手に取ります。演者は誰が何を手に取ったのか分かるもので、使用するものに制約はありません。

テレビでの演技例
テーブルの上に、葉っぱやペンなど5つのものがおいており、SMAPのメンバーが一つを右手にとり、もう一つを左手に取りました。その後、左手のものを戻し、別のものを手に取りました。演者は何を右手にとり、何を左手に取ったのか、また、その後何と入れ替えたのかを言い当てました。
